At Simple Decisions, we believe that an effective guided selling solution should closely replicate the interaction a consumer would have with a live sales associate in a retail store. When initiated by the consumer our guided selling software will begin a dialogue, which utilizes a short "human like" survey to identify the consumer's needs and wants. Then just as an expert sales associate is trained to do, our software will make qualified product recommendations based on these identified needs and wants. From this point the consumer can review the top three products meeting their needs as well as view additional products, which are appropriate add-ons or cross-sells.
